Businessolver is looking to bring on a Consumer Benefits File Analyst to join our team!
The Gig:
Maintain accountability for inbound and outbound files
Complete all file reconciliation and errors
Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends
Complete risk mitigation reporting to include ongoing audits
Support team in overflow of cases related to member data
Communicate daily to alert team of issues or red flags with client data or files; reviewing warnings, errors and file and identifying team members responsible for resolution
Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
Identify root cause of any systemic issues
What you need to make the cut:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with either HRIS, payroll, benefits, insurance, and/or carrier systems and processes is preferred
Experience within the Consumer Benefits, Benefit Administration (or related industries) is strongly preferred
Proven experience and understanding of FTP (File Transfer Protocol), file formats and specs
Comfort level with ETL (Extract Transform and Load) within SQL
Ability to work under pressure - you'll need to do high quality work and maintain your attention to detail under deadline
Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Proven experience with V LOOKUP & Pivot Tables
A confident, positive self-starter who achieves high performance standards with an ability to follow system & operational process flows
Curiosity for days - We are looking for great question-askers

The pay range for this position is $50k to $60k (pay to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data).
