What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure patients are appropriately registered for all service lines
- Perform eligibility verification, obtain pre-cert and/or authorizations
- Make financial arrangements and request/receive payments for services
- Maintain close working relationships with clinical partners
- Provide PBX (switchboard) coverage and support as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Grad or Equivalent
- One year of relevant healthcare experience
- One year of customer service experience
- Prior collections experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in a healthcare-related service role
- Proficiency in medical terminology
