You will be the driving force leading one of our fast-paced Power BI / Azure Consulting teams (5 to 10 individuals) and reporting up to a Consulting Manager.
Your major responsibilities include:
• Leading, managing and holding your team accountable
• Accurate daily forecasting and resourcing of your team
• Accountability for your team achieving 75% utilization
• Delivering your personal billable utilization of 30%
• Assisting your team with client relationships and delivering high quality outcomes
• Proactive reporting to your Consulting Manager
