What You’ll Do
• Plan, lead, and oversee consulting engagements directly at client facilities, ensuring delivery quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Coach, lead, and structure teams of consultants on site, providing guidance on problem-solving approaches, client interactions, and Lean best practices to ensure talents growth.
• Define and execute consulting project strategies based on quantitative and qualitative performance goals, leveraging Proaction International concepts and tools (Key Behavioral Indicator (KBI), KPIs, Gemba Walks, Value Stream Mapping, Short Interval Control) to deliver sustainable performance improvements.
• Lead client presentations and executive discussions, clearly communicating findings, progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
• Drive change management efforts, supporting clients through transformation and anchoring new ways of working.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels of client organizations.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and capability building with internal client change agents (“Proactors”) to sustain results beyond the engagement.
• Contribute to the evolution of Proaction International’s tools, methodologies, and consulting standards, leveraging field feedback and best practices.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience aligned with Proaction’s standards of excellence and consulting philosophy.
What We’re Looking For

Our most successful team members are passionate about creating value for clients. They believe in human potential, engage confidently with business leaders, and inspire trust through their expertise and presence.
Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in management consulting, operational excellence, or a comparable client-facing operational leadership role.
• Proven experience leading consulting teams or complex client engagements, ideally in on-site or operational excellence environments.
• Strong expertise in Lean manufacturing, maintenance, and management systems.
• Proven ability to lead consulting teams and complex client engagements.
• Solid financial acumen with experience building ROI-driven business cases.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced client environments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the U.S. and Canada.
What We Offer
