Consulting Manager w/ GIS-AUD experience, EU Consulting Practice
Cognizant is seeking a Senior Consultant for their Energy & Utilities Consulting team, who will be instrumental in shaping large-scale business and digital transformations across utilities. The role involves leading utility design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering training and documentation. Responsibilities Lead and support AutoCAD or AUD-based utility design projects, including integration with GIS platforms where applicable Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize design workflows for electric and gas utilities Conduct software testing, develop test plans, and manage defect tracking and resolution Deliver end-user training and create documentation for users and AUD configuration Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions Skills 1 to 2 years of professional experience with AutoCAD or AUD, preferably in utility design Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire proficiency in new technologies, software applications, and industry domains Bachelor's degree required; MBA or master's strongly preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future Knowledge of GIS platforms, especially Esri ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, or Utility Network Experience working in the Energy & Utilities sector Familiarity with software testing methodologies and tools Experience delivering or supporting training programs for technical users Travel: willingness to travel extensively as client needs require Benefits Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Paid Holidays plus PTO 401(k) with company contributions Short-term/Long-term Disability Paid Parental Leave Employee Stock Purchase Plan Company Overview Cognizant is a professional services company that helps clients alter their business, operating, and technology models for the digital era.
