Mercor is seeking experienced management consultants to collaborate with a leading AI research lab on a long-term project focused on benchmarking and improving the capabilities of cutting-edge AI models. The work involves designing high-quality management consulting prompts, answers, and evaluation sets to train and refine frontier large language models (LLMs).
• *Qualifications:**
- 2+ year of prior experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a similarly competitive consulting firm
- Strong online research and analytical skills
- Ability to synthesize insights from diverse sources and data sets
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
• *Role Details:**
- Flexible commitment of 20+ hours per week
- 4 weeks project - you can start immediately
• *Pay and Legal Status:**
- The hourly rate for the role is competitive and based on experience ($90-110 USD/hr)
- Top performers on the project receive an outcome based weekly bonus incentive in the range of $20-$100/hr on top of their pay rate.
