Consultant(s) Required for Ethical AI Public Assistance Project (Anytime Anywhere Pod)

We are seeking experienced consultants to support the end-to-end design, governance, and pilot execution of a non-commercial, human-centric AI initiative called the Anytime Anywhere Pod. The Pod is a physical, walk-in AI interface (similar to an ATM) designed to provide basic guidance, direction, and referrals to people who lack timely access to trusted human support—without appointments, waiting, or social barriers. This is a mission-driven project, aligned with principles of human dignity, inclusion, and responsible AI. Consultants will work closely with the project leadership team to translate shared documentation into a practical, ethical, and scalable pilot program. Project Scope & Responsibilities Selected consultant(s) will be expected to contribute across the following areas: 1. Ethical & Responsible-AI Framework Validate and strengthen ethical guardrails and responsible-AI principles Ensure compliance with privacy-by-design, consent, and harm-prevention standards Review disclaimers, escalation paths, and human-override mechanisms 2. Pilot Program Design & Execution Translate project documentation into a 90-day pilot plan Advise on human-in-the-loop implementation Define pause/exit criteria and incident-response workflows 3. Advisory Council & Governance Support Help structure advisory council roles and engagement models Define review processes, approval checkpoints, and documentation standards 4. Partner & Ecosystem Alignment Advise on NGO, institutional, and expert partner engagement models Ensure non-commercial, non-extractive collaboration principles are upheld 5. Impact Metrics & Evaluation Refine human-impact, institutional-impact, and geographic-reach metrics Design ethical feedback and learning loops (without personal data tracking) 6. Risk Identification & Mitigation Assess risks such as AI over-reliance, bias, privacy, and misuse Recommend mitigation strategies grounded in real-world public settings Ideal Consultant Profile We are open to individual consultants or small advisory teams with experience in one or more of the following: Ethical AI / Responsible AI governance Social impact technology or public-interest tech NGO, public health, legal aid, or civic systems AI safety, human-in-the-loop systems, or policy advisory Community-based or human-centric product design Required qualities: Strong ethical judgment and clarity of thought Ability to work with sensitive social contexts Experience translating principles into operational systems Comfort working on non-commercial, mission-first initiatives Engagement Details Engagement Type: Consulting / Advisory Project Duration: Initial 90-day pilot phase (with possible extension) Work Model: Remote, with structured reviews Budget: Open to discussion based on expertise and scope Confidentiality: NDA required Apply tot his job
