We aim to be our customers' trusted partners and ensure they leverage the additional value Veeva applications offer. Our Managed Services Team comprises +90 consultants in Europe, of which +5 are in the Safety Team. Due to the rapid growth of our client portfolio, we are growing our team every year and opening many career opportunities for our new and existing employees. We hire people from industry, tech, and consulting, which adds diversity to our team.Veeva is looking for Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance consultants to join the Managed Services team and support our Vault Safety solution after implementation.As a Safety Consultant, you will support a group of biopharmaceutical customers assigned to you. Your task will be to understand their business processes, provide guidance, discuss Vault changes, and apply all the required configurations. You will also actively collaborate with other teams at Veeva, shape ideas, enhance our delivery model, and work closely with our product management team to communicate the customer's requirements and meet the evolving needs of the industry. To thrive in this role, you are able to adapt and learn new technology. You have been configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions. You enjoy working with customers, speak fluent English, and have strong communication and presentation skills. You enjoy working in fast paced environments, are a team player and fast learner. However, if you have yet to gain direct experience in IT, the knowledge of Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance and the industry is highly valued. Our team will support you and provide the necessary materials and mentoring, so your first few weeks will be intensive in learning the Veeva Safety solution and configuration. Aside from the provided training, getting up to speed will also require dedicated self-learning. You will not be the first person in the team who, with no experience in implementing systems, is now flourishing and enjoys working at Veeva every day. What You'll Do

Help to keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva Safety suite
Work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements
Think critically to help design the solution your customers request as well as the solution they have not requested but may need
Act as customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams
Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices as part of post-implementation programs focused on the holistic success of the customer
Drive change management methodology for our customers switching from on-premises to SaaS solutions

Requirements

Knowledge and applicable work experience in the Life Sciences industry in the Drug Safety and/or Pharmacovigilance area
Experience in working in a Consulting and/or Customer facing role
Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and ensure delivery to a high degree of satisfaction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to work independently with clients, comprehend and translate business requirements, and create corresponding solutions designs
At least a Bachelor’s degree

Nice to Have

Experience with configuring/supporting/implementing software solutions, ideally content management software
SaaS/Cloud experience
Direct experience with regulated systems or data-driven applications such as Veeva Vault solutions, ArisG, Oracle Argus or other technologies used in the management of drug safety and pharmacovigilance
Proficiency in additional European language(s)
