About the Role
Pyrovio is seeking a Consultant to support portfolio planning and process enhancement efforts across a large, multi-team, client-facing engagement in the utility and energy sector. This role supports planning, coordination, and process maturity advancement, and operates with early leadership responsibility.
The Consultant will act as a connective anchor across teams, helping translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, reporting frameworks, and improved operating models.
Key Responsibilities
Support portfolio planning, gap analysis, and execution tracking across multiple initiativesAssist with process design, operating model development, and governance improvementsAlign priorities, timelines, and dependencies across teamsDevelop and refine planning artifacts, dashboards, and reporting structuresAssist in developing Power BI dashboards and data models for leadership visibilityPrepare executive-ready presentations, status updates, and summary materialsCoordinate across client and consulting teams to track deliverables and reporting cadencesSupport leadership with analysis, insights, and recommendations
Required Skills
Experience with portfolio planning, program support, or process improvementStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsProficiency with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)Ability to influence across teams without direct authority
Additional qualifications a plus:
Utility, energy, or infrastructure sector experienceFamiliarity with enterprise project management, financial, or capital planning platformsCapital project or construction delivery lifecycle knowledgePrior consulting firm experience
Travel:
Up to 10% travel for client engagements and project-related functions.
