Job Description: • Report directly to a North American M&M Manager and be accountable for engagement with client personnel and delivery of results. • Collaborate with the global Metals and Mining Industry Team to contribute to thought leadership, offerings, and methodologies, bringing global best practices to the North American market and clients. • Work in consulting business assessment and implementation engagements. • Act as a trusted advisor to client management and front-line personnel, maintaining and expanding relationships in alignment with the account team.• Participate in and contribute to internal and external industry networks with the aim of developing new business. Requirements: • Experience working in a management consulting firm and/or hands-on experience in the Metals and Mining industry is a plus. • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant industry solutions and best practices in operational risk, operational excellence, and sustainability practice lines. • Strong communication and presentation skills at the Consultant level, with the ability to effectively drive solution development, and high-quality delivery of key services.• Proven experience in managing, leading, and developing a team. • An entrepreneurial spirit, results-focused, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing consulting environment. • Intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project, PowerBI, Tableau, and Visio is preferred. • Technical knowledge and experience in supporting clients on transformational journeys, including strategy development, operational roadmaps, integration into business units and functions, and support in implementation.• Strong understanding of and familiarity operational performance improvement and operations excellence methodologies would be a plus. • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, or related fields. • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team-working attitude to collaborate within fast-paced, multi-cultural, and multi-disciplinary teams. • Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.
