About the positionThe Consultant, Customer Engagement role at TransUnion involves contributing to the full system lifecycle, from client engagement and requirements gathering to solution delivery. This hybrid position requires collaboration with technical teams to develop end-to-end processing solutions, ensuring that customer business requirements are met effectively. The role emphasizes strong communication skills and the ability to analyze complex data, making it essential for successful interaction with both internal and external customers.Responsibilities • Contribute to the full system lifecycle from client and sales engagement to solution delivery. • Assist the technical team in developing end-to-end processing solutions including design, setup, testing, delivery, and documentation. • Validate batch fulfillment system setup and output based on customer requirements. • Analyze and interpret industry changes affecting program execution and fulfillment. • Facilitate interactions with all levels within the organization. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of equivalent relevant work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Internal and external customer-facing experience. • Ability to translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act decisively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to analyze complex data using logic and quantitative reasoning. • Proven ability to work independently and manage simultaneous assignments. Nice-to-haves • Experience in the Financial Services industry.• Familiarity with technical concepts and ability to explain them to non-technical audiences.
