Consultant, Associate ( Hospitality)
The Associate Consultant is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and training of Infor’s Smart Series POS solutions for clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring successful system rollouts by collaborating with internal teams and clients to deliver services on time and within scope.
Requirements
• Experience with POS systems, particularly in the hospitality or quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry
• Experience comprehending technically complex system configurations and communicating technical specifications to non-technical individuals
• Ability to travel up to 75–80% across the U.S.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship now or in the future
