Job SummaryMNC JOBS INFO is seeking hardworking, reliable, and physically fit individuals to join our team as Construction Workers across Canada. This opportunity is open to international candidates as we offer Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) sponsorship for eligible applicants. You will be part of a dedicated team working on high-quality construction projects, contributing to Canadas fast-growing infrastructure and building industry.Key Responsibilities

Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.) on construction sites

Load and unload construction materials, and move them to work areas

Erect and dismantle scaffolding, ramps, and barricades

Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively

Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazards

Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures

Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt

Perform demolition work, excavation, and trenching

Other general labour tasks as assigned by the site supervisor

Required Skills and Qualifications

Basic understanding of construction procedures and safety regulations

Ability to use construction equipment, tools, and machinery (training provided)

Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work long hours

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Good communication and listening skills

Willingness to follow instructions and learn new skills

Experience

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in general labour or construction preferred

Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered

International candidates with relevant background encouraged to apply

Working Hours

Full-time: 40–50 hours per week

Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends depending on project needs

Day shifts with occasional night or weekend assignments

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of safety practices in construction

Ability to adapt to changing work environments and site demands

Strong work ethic and punctuality

Basic knowledge of English (reading and verbal communication); French is a plus

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
