Construction Sales/Estimator

We are seeking an 80% Sales Rockstar and 20% Construction Estimator to foster and close sales in residential and commercial construction. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with customer interactions, managing hot and cold leads, and proficient with technology, CRM systems, and follow-up processes. This role offers unlimited earning potential through commissions.
Remote work with local travel required. We serve Orange and Los Angeles counties, CA. Must be local to these areas.
Responsibilities
• Business Development
• Manage hot leads, set appointments, network, and generate sales from cold leads.
• Pre-qualify clients and scope projects with clients.
• Travel to project sites and use measuring tools as needed.
• Create estimates, nurture leads, and follow up.
• Engage with project owners for successful outcomes.
• Prepare reports and bids.
• Evaluate offers and foster vendor relationships.
Skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in construction sales and estimation
• Basic accounting and project management knowledge
• Research, data analysis, and estimation skills
• Comfort with numbers, technology, and CRM software (training provided)
• Attention to detail, organization, and negotiation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30,000 - $130,000 per year
Benefits include 401(k), matching, and flexible schedule.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, weekend availability.
Experience required: 2+ years in construction estimating, 3+ years in direct sales.
Willingness to travel: 50%.
