Role Description:

The Construction Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the construction industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic sales plans, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders such as contractors, architects, and developers. Your goal will be to present our company's offerings persuasively, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, referrals, and attending industry events.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including architects, contractors, developers, and property owners.
Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to effectively communicate the value proposition of our company's products or services to clients.
Presentation and Negotiation: Articulate the benefits of our company's products or services through effective presentations, proposals, and demonstrations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients.
Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets set by the company, and develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Client Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise during the sales process or after the sale is complete.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, assess market competition, and gather insights that inform sales strategies and product development.
Continuous Learning: Continuously update your knowledge and skills through training, workshops, and industry certifications to stay competitive in the market and improve your performance.


Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:


Proven Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction industry or related fields.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends, regulations, and best practices.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, able to work from a home office/remote setup.
Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Existing Network: An existing network of relationships with customers in target industry verticals.
