Job Description Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all objectives are met. Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and contractors to align project goals and expectations. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout all project phases. Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to relevant parties. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays or cost overruns. Oversee procurement and resource allocation to support project needs effectively. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes. The Successful Applicant A strong understanding of commercial construction processes and best practices. 5+ years of construction experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams. An educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
