Construction Litigation Attorney - $80-90 per hour

Our client, an Am Law 200 firm, is seeking a Litigation Attorney with experience in real property and construction matters. The role involves managing and developing case files on a day-to-day basis, including drafting discovery and motions, legal research, and depositions. Attorney must hold an active license to practice law in Florida. Job Details Hours: 20 hours per week Start date: Targeting December 1 Duration: approximately 3 months Pay Rate: $80 - $90 depending on experience Work Location: In office (Sarasota) preferred; remote possible for well qualified attorney with active Florida license Requirements • At least 5 years' litigation experience, preferably having some experience in construction or real property matters • Active license to practice in Florida • Self directed and proactive What sets us apart?
