Construction Laborer - 60 Hours Weeks ($20 - $22 Per Hour)
About the position
Hello! We are currently hiring for Construction Laborers here at our TSMC Work Site in Phoenix, AZ! This position offers a pay rate of $20 - $22 per hour, paid weekly. The shift is 1st shift, starting at 6am and ending at 4:30pm, with a commitment to 60-hour work weeks from Monday to Saturday. Every third week, employees will have Saturday off. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring the use of miscellaneous rigging equipment to install process tools and pedestals into a clean room environment. Employees must maintain cleanliness standards that exceed those of a hospital operating room. The role involves transporting delicate equipment in an operational clean room factory with extremely tight clearances while adhering to all OSHA and customer safety standards. Workers will also be responsible for tasks on the dock, which includes unloading, uncrating, and moving equipment into dedicated wipe-down areas for installation into the clean room factory. Candidates should have experience in construction labor, familiarity with hand and power tools, and rigging experience is a plus. The ability to lift over 50lbs is required, and OSHA 10 certification is preferred.
