Along with the love to travel and get along with fellow coworkers on the road.QUALIFICATIONS:High School Diploma or equivalent required.Experience in working directly with designers, vendors, contractors, engineers, architects.Must have a valid drivers licenseMust be 21 years of age or olderAbility to travel 90% of the timeMust be able to travel several months at a time.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skillsExcellent written, verbal and visual communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal skillsAbility to manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary teamsSelf-directing and self-motivating with a 'will do', positive attitudeGet along well with other coworkers on the team. Able to work with power tools.RESPONSIBILITIES:Installing new attractions.Maintaining current attractions.Coordinates and communicates project status updates throughout the processWorks closely with the design and park operations teams.Troubleshoots with contractors, vendors, architects or engineers throughout the projectDetermines the critical path and project milestones in order to stay on track with target completion datesCompletes and documents site assessments for each projectMitigates risks through great project planning and problem solves for potential threats or issues; communicates project risks with a sense of urgency for immediate resolutionsCompletes all project deliverables and triggers at each milestonePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position requires the ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.This position requires the ability move around and position self appropriately during park and construction visits, with or without reasonable accommodation.Compensation is $19/hr based on qualifications and experience.
