Connecticut FT/PT/PRN (RN or LPN/LVN) Remote Monitoring Nurse Coordinator
We are looking for full-time, part time and PRN (as needed), RNs or LPNs to remotely monitor patients with chronic conditions.

This is a strictly commission-based role. Our nurses have a list of patients that they remotely monitor and communicate with on a regular basis.
