As a Congress Specialist at BCD Meetings & Events, you'll be the mastermind behind supplier management, ensuring every detail is just right for our exciting congresses. You'll engage with vibrant clients and suppliers, all while keeping the fun alive! If you’re passionate about creating unforgettable experiences, we want you on our team! You’re Good At Managing supplier relationships and ensuring seamless communication. Coordinating logistics for dine-arounds and ground transportation like a pro. Navigating compliance requirements and documentation with ease. Using technology tools (like Cvent!) to streamline event planning. Multitasking effectively and keeping track of multiple congress events simultaneously. You Might Also Have A college degree or equivalent experience in event planning or management. Strong customer service skills and a knack for building client relationships. Experience in budget management, especially within the pharma sector. A history of coordinating international events or working with global attendees. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other event management tools. Travel requirements for this role are as follows:Less than 25% We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Congress Logistics Manager is $60,000 - $61,000.
