Concierge Team for Airbnb Business and general VA
Role: Operations Virtual Assistant
Rate: $3/hour (Hourly Contract)
Location: Remote — must work in Dubai Time (GMT+4)
We’re a Dubai-based hospitality company managing high-end short-term rental apartments. We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Operations VA to support our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate check-ins, cleanings, and maintenance tasks
- Follow up with guests and suppliers using internal communication tools
- Register guest and vehicle details with building management
- Schedule apartment services (like sofa cleaning)
- Track damages and update internal spreadsheets
- Follow standard procedures for guest verification and deposits
Schedule:
- To Be Confirmed based on other team shift (Dubai Time)
- 6 days per week
- 1 day off per week
Requirements:
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong coordination and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with vacation rental platforms or property management tools (guesty, airbnb, booking.com)
- Organized, reliable, detail-oriented and self-directed
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and online tools
