Concierge Representative (Remote)
Job Description We are a fast-growing marketing agency that works exclusively with businesses in the medical aesthetics industry. We’re looking for experienced appointment setters to join our team as Concierge Representatives and help fill calendars for our clients with qualified leads. Responsibilities • Make 150+ outbound dials per day to inbound leads • Set appointments through calls, texts, and CRM workflows • Maintain a minimum 4% booking conversion rate • Manage leads and follow-up tasks inside CRM (GoHighLevel) • Communicate effectively with team members and clients Compensation • Base salary: $2,000/month • Performance bonus: The more you book the more you earn • Expected monthly commissions & salary should fall within $2,500 - $7,500 • Top performers are well above base pay monthly Requirements • Experience in appointment setting or call center experience • Strong phone and communication skills • Experience with inbound lead follow-up and outbound dialing • CRM experience required (GoHighLevel is a major plus) • Experience in the medical aesthetics industry is preferred but not required • Must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a remote work environment Job Type: Full-time Pay: $2,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
