Concierge Job, Mayfair, West London Our client, a luxury building management company, are currently looking for an experienced porter to join their concierge team. You will be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism. Job Title: Concierge Location: Mayfair, London Key Details: Schedule: 12-hour day shifts (7:00am – 7:00pm) Team: Working alongside 1 colleague during the day, with 2 colleagues covering nights Rotations: Every other weekend required Breaks: 1-hour lunch break included Responsibilities: Provide a professional front-of-house concierge service to residents and guests Maintain security and access control of the building Assist residents with enquiries, deliveries, and general support Monitor and report any maintenance or security issues Ensure the lobby and communal areas are always presentable Requirements: Previous concierge, front-of-house, or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance (suit and tie required) Ability to work long shifts and on weekends as part of a rota Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail What We Offer: Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Christmas bonus Opportunity to work in a high-profile residential environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Salary: GBP 30000 - 42000 per year
