**Concierge Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Industry Expert**

As a remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Concierge Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Responding to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers within defined service standards * Negotiating with providers to gain acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers * Assisting members with benefits and healthcare questions * Documenting all calls received in system-based call log * Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management **Requirements and Skills** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for 2 years of college or higher education * At least one year of experience in customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role * Medical Intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is a plus * Bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus * Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion * Proficiency with Microsoft applications and strong computer skills * Excellent data entry and typing skills * Knowledge of provider organizations and networks * Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates * Ability to effectively negotiate rate structures * Strong analytical and research skills * Ability to multi-task and anticipate potential needs/problems * Strong attention to detail * Medical Terminology knowledge * Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits is a plus * Claim processing skills are a plus * Insurance verification or pre-certification skills are a plus **Work Environment and Physical Demands** This position is a remote work opportunity, requiring a typical home office environment with prolonged sitting in front of a computer. You'll need to have hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including a computer and phone. **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive salary range of $16 to $18 per hour, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
