Computer whiz? Problem solver? Data curious? REMOTE WORK? - Duties:
ā¢ Non-video data processing and quality control
ā¢ Managing task lists between 15-30 tickets
ā¢ Project-invoicing
ā¢ Advising on project management-related assignments
ā¢ External client communications
ā¢ Support and guide peers during peak seasons
Computer whiz? Problem solver? Data curious? REMOTE WORK? - Requirements:
ā¢ Advanced computer skills ā primarily in Microsoft Excel
ā¢ Flexibility to process, convert, and quality control a variety of data types
ā¢ Strong multi-tasking and capacity to pivot quickly
ā¢ Leverage high-level resource management skills to ensure quick deliverable turnarounds
ā¢ Respond to competing demands and submit deliverables under pressure and sudden deadlines
ā¢ Manage influx of multi-platform communications (emails, virtual chats, calls)
ā¢ Exercise critical thinking, respectful disagreement, and solutioning approaches to complex issues
ā¢ Deploy effective interpersonal and external customer service communication
ā¢ Manage personal remote work schedule within a minimal supervision environment
ā¢ Commitment to acquire a broad and deep knowledge of SOPs, eccentricities of each field office, and meet deliverable requirements for all special projects
