Ā Proven experience as a typist or computer operator
Ā Proficient in typing with a high degree of accuracy
Ā Strong familiarity with computer systems and software
Ā Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ā Ability to troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues
Ā Good written and verbal communication skills
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ā Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required
