Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services.
New Facility and Renewal Compliance applications
Organization of all Compliance related documents and applications into One App Pro Software
Create Special Projects and Reports utilizing Power Point, Outlook, Excel
House Dosimetry Reports
Review of Supervising Physician Logs
Perform routine file Audits as specified by the Director of Compliance
Assist Director of Compliance and Site managers in the event of inspections
Compile information and documents for Facility Site Binders
Provide sites with necessary Compliance Certificates when needed.
Effectively communicates with Compliance, Executive and Site Management team if needed.
Tracks all corporate electronic key cards and security alarm access.
Document and tracks all product recall information.
Orders Corporate office supplies.
Point of contact for corporate office property management.
Assist with mailing and fed-ex documents for Compliance Department and Corporate office.
Duties as assigned.
Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.

Requires a High School Diploma
Experience:
Must be proficient in Power Point, Outlook, Excel and preferred experience with One App Pro.
Must have Strong Organizational skills.
Must be able to effectively communicate will all staff and be capable of establishing good working relationships with both internal staff and external agencies.
Must have a strong understanding of Department of Health, Medicare, State Agency Rules and Regulations as it pertains to compliance related inspections.
Must be familiar with SimonMed's Company Policies and Procedures.
Must be able to multi-task.
