The Escalation Specialist must resolve complaints received by regulatory agencies on behalf of Executive and Senior Management. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Research and resolve written and verbal complaints on behalf of Executive and Senior Level Management in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements.Ensure all complaints received from someone other than a regulatory agency are sent to the appropriate department for research and resolution.Follow-up with department leaders to ensure timely receipt of complaint log. Review log and prepare reports for Compliance Management.Maintain log and record pertinent information and action taken in response to all regulatory complaints.Perform periodic reviews and report the results of the records maintained for complaints resolved by other department.Other projects as assigned by Compliance Management. Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities 2 years of experience in Compliance or a financial services field preferredStrong internal and external customer service skills, including professional telephone mannerMust be a team playerExcellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgmentWillingness to learn and apply basic federal, state, and regulatory rules, laws, regulations, and statutes relevant to the mortgage and consumer finance industriesStrong work ethicPrecise attention to detailAble to communicate effectivelyExperience with Encompass helpful but not requiredMust be proficient in Excel and WordFluent in Spanish preferred Additional Information Compensation:$62,300 - $64,200/ Annually Additional Information Regarding Job Duties and Job Descriptions:Job duties include additional responsibilities as assigned by one's supervisor or other managers related to the position/department.
