Compliance Officer Internal Controller
## Responsibilities Preferably trained in Fireblocks and Chainalysis AML/ATF tools and experienced in using them Set up AML/ATF systems in accordance with international laws and carry out daily transaction monitoring Ensure the platform’s activities comply with local and international crypto asset regulations Develop internal control and audit processes, identify operational risks, and implement control mechanisms Perform legal risk assessments for Web3 activities such as token distribution, staking, airdrops, and in-game transactions Work closely with KYC providers, legal consultants, tech teams, and senior management Organize training sessions and awareness programs to promote a compliance culture within the company ## Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field Minimum 4 years of experience in Compliance and Internal Audit At least 2 years of experience in AML, KYC, or blockchain regulations Hands-on experience with tools such as Fireblocks, Chainalysis, or similar platforms Strong technical understanding of blockchain technology, crypto exchanges, and tokenomics Knowledge of local and international financial regulations, or a strong desire to develop in this field Excellent documentation and organizational skills Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken CAMS or equivalent international certifications are a plus • *The future of finance is here — whether you’re interested in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or remote web3 jobs, there’s a perfect role waiting for you.** Apply tot his job
