Job Description
You'll connect with the role if you enjoy...
being an expert for all compliance questions and managing interactions and communicating with external and internal stakeholders
developing, implementing, and continuously improving the company’s compliance management system, especially around GDPR and AI Act
identifying, assessing, and monitoring compliance risks
close alignment with the Security department on obtaining and maintaining ISO certifications
translating regulatory requirements into internal policies, controls, and processes, and driving their adoption through targeted trainings and awareness initiatives
Qualifications
To connect with ecosio it is important to have…
a degree in law, business, risk, or similar — or equivalent hands-on experience
2-3 years of experience in a compliance function - ideally in a tech / SaaS environment
a very good command of written and spoken German and English
And nice to have…
a proactive approach to work and a high level of commitment
you enjoy building structures and processes from the ground up and making them work in practice
