Career.zycto is seeking a highly meticulous and experienced Compliance Analyst to join our expanding remote team in Singapore. As a Compliance Analyst working from home, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring Career.zycto operates in full adherence to local and international financial regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) laws, and know-your-customer (KYC) policies.
You will be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and mitigating compliance risks across various business operations. Your daily activities will involve reviewing transactions, conducting due diligence on clients, developing and implementing compliance policies, and preparing regulatory reports. Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) on new and existing clients.
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and potential breaches of AML/CFT regulations.
• Prepare and submit suspicious transaction reports (STRs) to relevant authorities as required.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal compliance policies and procedures.
• Stay abreast of changes in regulatory requirements (MAS, ACRA, etc.) and assess their impact on business operations.
• Provide compliance training and guidance to internal teams.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Maintain accurate and organized compliance records and documentation.
Required Skills
• Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst, preferably within financial services or FinTech.
• In-depth knowledge of Singaporean regulatory landscape (MAS guidelines, AML/CFT regulations).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in compliance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CAMS, ICA Diploma).
• Experience with risk assessment frameworks and compliance monitoring tools.
