Compliance Analyst Internal Controls and Testing Bulgaria
## Job Responsibilities: Review and test operational compliance against the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and the internal rules, policies, and procedures of the Company; Prepare reports and deliver feedback on review progress, outcomes, risks and findings; Issue recommendations for improvement of identified weaknesses and documentation gaps; Review and observe processes to ensure the internal controls are effectively operated; Track remediation of findings and observations as a result of internal controls tests, regulatory examinations and independent reviews; Other duties as assigned. ## Job Requirements: Should have working knowledge of the applicable AML/CTF recommendations, standards and procedures; Understanding of the first line operations processes – KYC, EDD, Investigations; Knowledge of basic audit practices; English language C1 proficiency; Excellent communication skills - verbal and written; Highly organized and detail oriented; Computer literacy; Understanding of cryptocurrencies or a strong interest in learning; University degree.
