Key Responsibilities:
Ā Develop and implement individualized educational plans for students with visual impairments.
Ā Provide instruction in core subjects and skills that enhance independence and mobility.
Ā Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Ā Assess and monitor the progress of students, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
Ā Master's degree in Education for the Visually Impaired or a related field.
Ā Valid teaching certification in Visual Impairment Education.
Ā Proficiency in Braille and adaptive technology.
Ā Compassion, patience, and a deep commitment to the success of students with visual impairments.
