The Role We are looking for a Senior Compensation Specialist to support and enhance our compensation practices in a dynamic, global, and data-driven environment. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach , and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to ensure fair, competitive, and well-structured compensation decisions. You will play a key role in salary benchmarking, offer design, reporting, and compensation processes , partnering with Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Business Leaders. Key Responsibilities Compensation Analysis & Support Support the development and maintenance of salary bands and compensation structures based on market data Conduct benchmarking analysis to ensure competitiveness across regions (LATAM & U.S.) Assist in maintaining internal equity through compa-ratio and internal comparisons Offer Design & Talent Support Partner with Talent Acquisition to support offer creation , ensuring alignment with market, internal structure, and role scope Provide insights on candidate expectations, market trends, and talent scarcity Reporting & Data Management Prepare and maintain compensation and workforce reports (salary analysis, inflation, exchange rates, headcount data) Ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation data across systems (SAP, Deel, etc.) Support dashboards and data visualization for decision-making Operational Excellence Manage compensation-related processes such as onboarding data, promotions, and job changes in HR systems Support contractor documentation and compliance processes in collaboration with external partners Provide basic support to stakeholders on compensation-related tools and systems Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with Business Leaders and People Team to support compensation decisions and guidelines Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and HR to ensure accurate execution of compensation processes Requirements Background Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, HR, or related fields Experience 4+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or similar roles Experience working in remote or multicultural environments is a plus Technical Skills Strong analytical skills and experience working with compensation data and market benchmarks Advanced Excel (mandatory) Experience with HR systems (SAP, Deel, or similar) Knowledge Understanding of compensation principles: benchmarking, salary structures, internal equity Familiarity with contractor models and labor regulations in LATAM and/or the U.S. Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to translate data into actionable insights Good communication and stakeholder management skills Advanced English (mandatory) Company Culture and Values Candor – We value honesty and transparency Accountability – We take ownership and deliver results Win-Win Mentality – We build relationships based on mutual success Growth Opportunities Career Development Programs Internal Mobility Performance-Based Promotions Exposure to global teams and projects Why Join Us? ✨ �� Work from Anywhere �� Unlimited PTO �� Flexible and ownership-driven culture �� Continuous learning opportunities �� Equipment & workspace support �� Monthly internet allowance �� Competitive compensation (USD, fixed + variable)
