Your tasks
Develop, enhance, and govern the regional Compensation & Benefits (C&B) portfolio, ensuring compliance with company-wide standards
Manage annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus programs, and variable pay processes
Maintain and optimize C&B systems, tools, and processes to support a seamless compensation landscape
Conduct market benchmarks and compensation analyses to ensure market competitiveness
Prepare compensation packages and recommendations for leaders and HR business partners
Design, implement, and evaluate C&B programs such as pension schemes, allowances and fringe benefits
Develop and manage HR policies, grading structures, and non-tariff evaluations aligned with local legal requirements and global frameworks
Collaborate closely with HR, Finance and global CoE teams while providing expert guidance and training on C&B topics
Your qualifications
Experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR operations / process / controlling / business partnering
High proficiency in MS Office tools, especially in MS Excel
Fluency in German and English, both wiritten and spoken
Strong numerical and analytical mindset
High level of integrity when working with sensitive compensation data
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly
Self-driven mindset with a passion for fairness, transparency and improvement
