Key Responsibilities
Providing Support to Individuals with ID/DD: Assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
Personal Care Support: Provide support with personal hygiene for both males and females, ensuring dignity and respect.
Active Treatment and Community Inclusion: Engage individuals in activities that promote their physical, emotional, and social development, and facilitate their participation in community activities.
Daily Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual support and progress.
Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed, following CRi's medication administration policies and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent: A foundational requirement for this role.
Valid Driver's License and Acceptable Driving Record: Necessary for transportation and other job-related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications for Relief/On-Call DSPs
At Least 1 Year of Experience Supporting Individuals with ID/DD: Previous experience in a similar role or setting is highly valued.
