Key Responsibilities Assist adult individuals with disabilities with daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Administer medication as directed and maintain accurate records Support clients in achieving their goals, such as developing life skills and participating in community activities Maintain a safe and healthy living environment for clients Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Work collaboratively with other Lifesteps staff to ensure comprehensive care Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Be at least 18 years old Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance Be able to lift up to 200 lbs. with assistance Be able to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearances Preferred Qualifications While not required, previous experience as a home health aide or direct support professional is highly valued.
