Job Overview As a Client Service Representative, you'll be the face of our organization, providing essential support to our clients and frontline workers. Your role will be critical in ensuring seamless communication between clients, drivers, and management, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those we serve. Key Responsibilities Be the Friendly Voice on the Other End of the Line : Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries, resolving concerns, and addressing transportation needs in a professional and caring manner. Dispatch Drivers Efficiently : Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs, optimizing route planning and scheduling to meet client needs. Stay on Top of Scheduling Changes and Client Requests : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and scheduling updates, ensuring that client needs are met and drivers are informed. Collaborate with the Team : Work closely with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive work environment, sharing knowledge, best practices, and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Maintain Accurate Records : Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and other relevant information, using this data to inform service improvements and optimize client support. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications Strong Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, drivers, and colleagues in a clear and professional manner. Multitasking and Prioritization : Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet client needs and achieve service goals. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies as needed. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making : A knack for resolving client concerns and addressing transportation issues, using sound judgment and decision-making skills to drive effective solutions. Empathy and Compassion : Genuine empathy and compassion for clients, with a deep understanding of the challenges they face and a commitment to providing supportive and inclusive services. Preferred Qualifications Previous Customer Service Experience : A background in customer-facing roles, with experience handling client inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service. Transportation Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with transportation services, including experience working with senior citizens and persons with disabilities.
