About the Role: Hybrid Therapist for Children and Teens This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with in-office and community sessions, requiring a minimum of 2 days on-site or in the community. As a Child and Teen Therapist with our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents aged 6 to 18, utilizing your expertise to drive positive change in their lives. Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Therapeutic Care Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify clients' needs and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, ensuring tailored support for each client. Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to children, teens, and adults, fostering a supportive environment for growth and healing. Monitor client progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure the most effective care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation, adhering to state regulations and center policies. Essential Qualifications: Expertise and Commitment To excel in this role, you'll need: A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health principles. A current license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Maryland as an LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, or LGPC, ensuring you're equipped to practice with autonomy and expertise.
