Companion Caregiver (Homemaker-Companion) - Day, Overnight, and Weekend Shifts We are in search of compassionate, dedicated Companion Caregivers (Homemaker-Companions) to join our team and play a key role in helping older adults remain secure, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. As a valued member of our care team, you will be helping to enrich the lives of seniors by providing non-medical support and companionship, allowing them to age with dignity, kindness, and respect. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Engaging clients in conversation and offering companionship - Preparing meals and handling light housekeeping tasks in clients' homes - Providing reminders for medications and appointments - Assisting with personal care tasks such as grooming, bathing, toileting, and supporting those with incontinence - Caring for individuals living with Alzheimer's or similar conditions What we are looking for: - A sincere desire and sensitivity to care for seniors and respect their personal property - Dependability, including reliable transportation and timely attendance for all scheduled shifts - Strong communication skills and a respectful, professional approach when interacting with clients - No experience required We provide our team with ongoing support around the clock, a variety of work shifts including days, overnights, and weekends, along with competitive pay and benefits in recognition of your commitment.
