Community & Social Media Manager

Dillo Interactive creates games and provides social media and marketing support for a range of clients. This role focuses on managing social channels, writing content, helping create images and ideas, and building strong communities for both our games and our clients. You will work across professional corporate accounts and our spooky, demonic game projects. Role Overview You will oversee and grow multiple social media accounts, manage Discord communities, and help develop clear, consistent content for different audiences. This includes writing posts, scheduling content, tracking performance, and helping shape the style and voice for each account. The role requires someone who can move easily between corporate communication and creative game-focused messaging. Responsibilities • Manage and grow communities on Discord and social platforms • Oversee daily posting, scheduling, and reporting for 8 or more social media accounts • Write simple, clear, and engaging content for different brands • Help create image concepts and work with designers to produce visual content • Respond to community messages, monitor conversations, and maintain a positive environment • Support community growth strategies for both games and client accounts • Track trends and platform updates to improve content and engagement • Assist with announcements, updates, launches, and ongoing community activities • Prepare performance summaries and basic analytics Requirements • 0 to 3 years of experience in social media, community management, or marketing • Strong writing and communication skills • Has an understanding on Chat GPT or similar to help assist in writing content. • Ability to handle multiple brands and switch between tones • Understanding of how to manage corporate social accounts • Comfort working with Discord and helping communities grow • Interest in spooky or demonic game themes • Ability to work independently in a remote environment Who You Are • Extremely organized, flexible, and eager to learn • Comfortable taking feedback and refining your work • Passionate about fostering and growing communities, even the corporate ones Additional Details • Experience: 0–3 Years Experience • Location: Remote - US Only • Type: Contract • Salary: DOE $30k-$40k Entry Level Welcome to Apply - Must provide social accounts you have managed.
