Community Oriented Copy Editor
ANYONE CONTACTING US DIRECTLY OUTSIDE OF THIS BID WILL HAVE THEIR BID DELETED AND BLOCKED. We're in need of a community-oriented copyeditor to review a strategy report for a client that is 25-30 pages before Christmas and make suggested edits for grammar, spelling, or accessibility. The document is in Apple Pages but can be made available through Google. We are working in a community where there are nuances around the socioeconomic and immigration status of the folks we're creating alongside. These nuances have to translate into the language we use and what we say--so experience in doing this is imperative. We're looking for previous experience reviewing and editing reports for or related to marginalized communities.** Must also be fluent in English, communicate where we are in the process, answer questions, and share meaningful suggestions. Happy to answer any other questions. We prefer fixed fee arrangements--please share your cost estimates and the payment timing you prefer. We have other reports that need editing and review.
