Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated Community Growth Manager to join our team and help expand and nurture our community of DeFi enthusiasts. In this role, your primary focus will be managing our product's Telegram channel and driving community engagement. We seek a candidate with the required skills and strong belief in our product and a genuine passion for DeFi.
Key Responsibilities:
? Manage and curate content on our product's Telegram channel, including updates, announcements, and engaging discussions.
? Foster a supportive and positive community atmosphere by actively engaging with members, addressing queries, and resolving issues.
? Organize and facilitate AMAs (Ask Me Anything) sessions and other community events to promote interaction and knowledge sharing.
? Collaborate with our marketing and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with our product's goals.
? Monitor and report on community sentiment, feedback, and... emerging trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
? Implement growth strategies to attract and retain new community members.
? Continuously monitor and analyze community engagement metrics, adapting your approach as needed to drive positive results.
Qualifications:
? Strong knowledge of DeFi and cryptocurrency concepts.
? Proficiency in managing and moderating Telegram channels.
? Familiarity with the workings of DeFi products, with a specific emphasis on our product, Zealy.
? A strong commitment to achieving high levels of community engagement.
? Prior experience in community management or a related role.
? Genuine belief in and passion for our product and mission.
? Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
? Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
