Community Liaison – Outreach & Referral Coordinator (Remote, Part- Time, U.S. Only)

Neuronanny is a boutique nanny agency specializing in premium, neurodiverse-informed
childcare placements. We proudly serve families seeking structured, compassionate in-
home care across the United States. We are seeking a professional, motivated Community
Liaison to support our referral outreach efforts to clinics, schools, country clubs, and key
community organizations.
Role Overview
You will represent Neuronanny in outreach efforts, introducing our services to targeted
partners, sending referral materials, and building professional referral relationships. The
focus is on trust-based, friendly communication — not hard selling — using both calls and
personalized emails.
This is a part-time, remote, project-flow role with a base retainer, per-task compensation,
and performance bonuses.
Compensation Structure
• Monthly Retainer: $150–$200 based on experience
• Task Rate: $5 per completed call, $3 per completed outreach email
• Bonuses:
- +$25 for each confirmed referral partner
- +$100 for each referred family who becomes a Neuronanny client
Performance-Based Retainer Increases:
• If 30%–44% of contacted leads convert into warm leads, your base retainer increases by
$50.
• If 45%+ of contacted leads convert into warm leads, your base retainer increases by $100.
Top performers typically earn between $400–$600+ per month including bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
• Make introductory calls to targeted businesses (clinics, schools, pediatricians, etc.)
• Send personalized outreach emails with referral packets
• Track outreach activity using Asana (training provided)
• Submit weekly reports summarizing calls, emails, warm leads, and wins
• Maintain professional communication and follow up with potential partners
Ideal Candidate
• Professional, warm, and articulate communicator
• Strong written and phone communication skills
• Organized and diligent with tracking tasks and outreach efforts
• Experience in outreach, community relations, customer service, or sales preferred
• Familiarity with family services, childcare, or neurodiverse communities is a plus (but not
required)
Requirements to Be Considered
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to protect client and agency information
• Must sign a Freelance Work Agreement outlining expectations, compensation, and
confidentiality
• Must be available for weekly outreach tracking and reporting (remote, flexible hours)
