Identify and develop lending opportunities within designated communities.
Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and leaders to understand the specific needs and challenges of the community.
Conduct financial assessments and provide tailored lending solutions to meet the needs of clients in underserved communities.
Educate and inform clients about responsible lending practices and the impact on their financial well-being.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with all lending regulations and policies.
Act as a liaison between the community and Citigroup, promoting the organization's commitment to responsible lending practices.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in the community to identify potential lending opportunities.
Participate in community events and initiatives to promote financial literacy and empowerment.
Provide timely and accurate reports on lending activities and outcomes.
Continuously evaluate and improve lending strategies to effectively serve the needs of the community.
