Key Responsibilities Recruitment and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of tutors to ensure the delivery of exceptional educational services. Test Prep Facilitation: Facilitate and score College Test Prep practice tests for current students and promotional groups, providing valuable insights and feedback. Primary Business Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for business-related matters, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with stakeholders. Tutoring Schedule Management: Manage the tutoring schedule for in-home and remote tutoring customers and tutors, ensuring efficient logistics and operations. Client Acquisition: Conduct tutor family meetings to drive client acquisition and retention, building strong relationships and trust. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety policies and procedures, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for students, tutors, and staff. Essential Qualifications and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need: Education: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as education, business, or communications. Experience: At least six months of applicable business experience, preferably in sales, education, or a related field. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business applications, with the ability to learn new software and technologies. Market/Customer Understanding: The ability to professionally represent Jovie's marketing messaging and brand promise, Building Stronger Families, in local communities. Critical Thinking: Strong judgment, time management, trustworthiness, and responsibility, with the ability to create innovative internal processes for efficiency. Group Development Skills: The ability to work with diverse groups, resolve conflicts, and solve problems effectively. Business Financial Understanding: Knowledge of the business as a financial system, with an understanding of the short- and long-term implications of decisions and actions. Communication Skills: Excellent listening, feedback, and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain successful work relationships. Preferred Qualifications Sales Experience: At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the education or tutoring industry. Presentation Skills: Experience presenting to large groups, with demonstrated ability for effective report writing and presentation skills.
