Community Development Coordinator

Develop and implement community engagement strategies to support Aetna's mission of creating healthier communities and empowering individuals to live their best lives.
Collaborate with various departments and community organizations to identify and address community needs and gaps in services.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, elected officials, and non-profit organizations.
Plan and coordinate community events, programs, and initiatives to promote health and wellness.
Conduct research and gather data to assess community needs and evaluate the effectiveness of community engagement efforts.
Develop and manage budgets for community development projects and initiatives.
Communicate effectively with diverse audiences to promote Aetna's community development initiatives.
Serve as a liaison between Aetna and the community, advocating for the needs of community members.
Identify and leverage opportunities for partnerships and collaborations with community organizations and businesses.
Stay informed of current trends and best practices in community development to continuously improve Aetna's approach.
Prepare and present reports on community engagement efforts and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
