Join our dynamic Communications and Marketing team as a Senior Associate, where you will lead the strategy and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that amplify our mission of delivering clean and renewable energy to over three million residents and businesses in Southern California. Key Responsibilities
Ā• Develop and present comprehensive marketing strategies that reflect our commitment to promoting renewable energy.
Ā• Cultivate and manage relationships with external marketing vendors to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery.
Ā• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel paid media campaigns.
Ā• Collaborate with internal teams, including External Affairs, Customer Care, and Finance, to align marketing initiatives with overarching organizational objectives.
Ā• Create and manage original marketing content that resonates with our brand message and engages our diverse customer base.
Ā• Analyze marketing metrics to identify trends and inform decisions for optimizing campaign effectiveness.
Ā• Lead multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.

Required Skills
Ā• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and motivate teams and vendors toward achieving marketing goals.
Ā• Strategic Thinking: Expertise in crafting and implementing data-driven marketing initiatives.
Ā• Social Media Proficiency: Experience in generating engaging content across various social media platforms.
Ā• Analytical Skills: Competence in interpreting performance metrics such as Google Analytics and paid media results.
Ā• Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, adept at conveying complex information in a clear manner.
Ā• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and find innovative solutions within budget limitations.
Ā• Cultural Competency: Experience working with diverse customer segments and managing multilingual marketing materials is advantageous.

Qualifications
Ā• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Ā• 5-7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role, or at least 9 years of relevant experience.
Ā• Proficiency with Google Analytics, social media platforms, media monitoring tools, and email marketing systems like MailChimp.
Ā• Familiarity with Microsoft BI and Survey Monkey is a plus.
Ā• Candidates must reside in Southern California to attend field events within Los Angeles and Ventura Counties.

Ā• Competitive salary range of (116,359 - )167,558, based on experience.
