You find businesses that need cleaning several times a week, get us on the phone with them, and we’ll pay you $500 for every one that signs.
We are located in Los Angeles CA - you can be remote
If you have experience cold calling or pitching cleaning services — that's a HUGE plus.
We’ve got over 100 vetted, reliable cleaners in the Los Angeles area and offer top-tier cleaning services for:
• Luxury restaurants
• High-end offices
• Medical facilities
• Homes & Airbnbs
• Gyms, move-in/move-outs & more
We also do window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and power washing, so when you pitch us, we’re a full-service vendor businesses love.
We are looking for restaurants, offices, houses, air bnb's, move in move outs, gyms or any place that need cleaning several times per week, if you find several of these that is how you succeed in this role. You tell them about ShineTide Cleaning and how we can provide top tier cleaning service, and if they want a free quote pass their phone number to us. We serve the Los Angeles area within 20 miles.
You can even go door to door if you are in Los Angeles Ca area to houses, offices, restaurants, this seems to be the most effective way besides cold calling to get these business's interested.
Your Role:
• Cold call, DM, email, or reach out to potential clients who are interested in cleaning several times per week
• Set appointments for our team to pitch or close
• Pass interested leads to us — if they sign a contract, you get $500 per deal
• Follow a simple pitch script (we’ll provide it)but it is better if you are better at cold calling, you can even make your own cold calling script.
• Get $500 every time a contract is signed (they must sign first) we will let you know when they do.
